Our property boasts three elegant double rooms, each furnished in a country chic style and equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning. The Debora room features a charming four-poster bed and a private bathroom, while the Nadia room offers an exclusive use bathroom, a romantically designed bed, and a spacious terrace. The Alice room, in addition to a romantic four-poster bed and a newly renovated exclusive use bathroom, features a convertible sofa bed and a large terrace.
Every morning you can start the day with a delicious Italian breakfast, including coffee, cappuccino, homemade cakes, fruit juice, homemade jams, and yogurt. For special needs, we are available with a minimum notice of 48 hours.
Our property is equipped with an electric vehicle charging station (additional fee applies), and we offer additional services such as laundry and transfers upon request (additional fee applies).
Explore Tuscany by visiting art cities such as Lucca, Pisa, and Florence, or plan a trip to the Cinque Terre. The area is also ideal for wine lovers, thanks to the proximity of numerous renowned wineries in Montecarlo and the historic hills of Capannori, rich in monumental villas.
Please note that we do not accept Day Use reservations or work exchanges for stays, with a maximum limit of less than one month.

I have worked for many years in hotels in the area and, as kind as they may be, there is always that special lack of empathy that I personally seek for my personal satisfaction. Cultural enrichment and a chat like among friends are the true beauty of a structure like ours.

The enchanting hills of Capannori were once loved by the noble families of the area, who left behind sumptuous historic villas.
During the day, you can choose to visit the main cities, such as the nearby Lucca or Pisa, which are only a 30-minute journey away. Florence is easily reachable by train and offers a comfortable and perfect experience.
Furthermore, from here you can organize a pleasant trip to the Cinque Terre.
